Our "LiveWell" menu items‹featuring signature sandwiches, grilled paninis, homestyle soups, and bountiful salads‹offer a delicious yet healthy alternative. You'll be surprised how tasty it is to eat well.

Quest Fitness also helped design some great protein and recovery drink options for a post-workout beverage. And for those seeking a heartier post-workout option, we offer terrific breakfast sandwiches and wraps.

And our homestyle sweet treats‹brownies, cookies, muffins and desserts‹are a tasty ending (or beginning) to any meal. A great assortment of flavored coffees, fresh juices, teas and waters complement any meal.

The LiveWell Cafe is located at the Goodall Health/Quest Fitness Center.

We're open Monday through Friday from 7 AM ­ 3 PM.
